Can I add multiple items to my cart, even if they come from different suppliers?

Yes. You can add as many items as you’d like to your cart in one order, even if they are fulfilled by different production partners. Because of this, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment once your order is processed.

What are your shipping times?

Shipping times vary slightly depending on the product and where it is being fulfilled, but here’s what you can generally expect:

  • Order processing: 2–5 business days (printing, quality checks, and packaging)

  • Shipping within the U.S.: 3–7 business days after processing

In most cases, you’ll receive your order within 7–12 business days from the date you place it. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Where do your products come from?

Improved Lie works with trusted print-on-demand and manufacturing partners to produce our apparel. This allows us to:

  • Keep prices fair and accessible

  • Avoid overproduction and excess waste

  • Offer consistent quality across all products

Our designs are created by us, and each item is produced to order by vetted suppliers who meet our quality standards. Most products are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States.

Are your products and designs original?

Yes. All Improved Lie designs are original and created exclusively for our brand. Our goal is to blend classic golf style with everyday comfort—something you can wear on the course, at the clubhouse, or anywhere in between.
