Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes. That said, we'll always make things right if there's an issue on our end. 

Eligible for Refund or Replacement: 

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a printing defect

  • You received the wrong item

    • To be eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

      • Your order number

      • A clear photo of the issue

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

Cancellations 

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
